News News!! Registration is on for January for all three locations!

The new Mount Pleasant located at #1 Kingsway-(Main St @ Kingsway) has officially opened! Yay! Yippie! Yahoo-ey! Yabba dabba-dooey!

Registration is on for January for all classes and I predict that classes will fill quickly, as they generally do.

The Roundhouse will be closed for 6 weeks due to the Olympics so Tuesday nights Prenatal Yoga and Mixed levels Yoga classes will be held right next door at Lilli'Q Cafe and Playhouse Tuesday evenings. (same time's)

Classes starting up at Lilli'Q Cafe and Playhouse!!

I am thrilled to be starting up some classes at Lilli'Q Cafe and Playhouse come January! Lilli'Q is located at 1268 Pacific Blvd and is right next door to the Roundhouse, so it really couldn't be more perfect.

And talk about a lovely place!

I couldn't ask for a more amazing spot to continue our Tuesday night Prenatal and Mixed levels Hatha Yoga classes during the Roundhouse Olympic closures. (The Roundhouse will be closed 6-8 weeks during the Olympics)

I highly recommend registering for these classes as space is limited to 12 participants.

*And you must bring your own mats to these classes*

Lilli'Q officially opens to the public this Friday (December 4) and Yaletown will really benefit from this establishment. You will definitely want to check out all that Lilli'Q has going on (even if you don't live in Yaletown!)

I'm still working on securing a location for my Roundhouse Baby & Me Yoga classes. I will make a post here on this blog as soon as that information becomes available! (There's still plenty of time & I am confident that everything will fall into place, as it always does!)
