Its an evening of Art and delicious Indian food.
Dinner includes a Buffet Meal featuring a salad bar, three Meat dishes, three Vegetarian dishes, Papadum and fresh Naan and two desserts.

This truly promises to be an exciting event to raise funds for Shanti Uganda's Solar Powered Maternity Center in Nsaasi Village, Uganda. Funds raised will go towards the life saving maternal and infant health programs carried out at the Shanti Uganda Birth House. Hope to see you there!

I suddenly have to split town for a family emergency and all my classes will be running with subs. 

All but Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga Thurs Aug 2 &  9 is CANCELLED.

I can A) make it up to ya

or B) You can get the class refunded.

Can't always plan for the family sadnesss.

I'll be missing my little yoga family which is YOU!

And P.S. There is no Yoga on BC Day, Monday Aug 6 anyways.
