It is now evident that meditation has not only physiological benefits but also psychological and emotional benefits. So as an experienced Yoga and Meditation instructor working at Anamaya Yoga I believe everybody should practice Meditation regularly and make it habitual.
So beneficial on so many levels for the practitioner, those around him/her, and the whole world. And drug free with no side effects! It is just hard to find the discipline to practice at times but so worth it. Namste!
