Heads up! Room change!

we even have an outdoor patio!

After yesterdays class at Mt.Pleasant I decided to snap a few pics of our incredible new room!

We will be upstairs in Multi 2 starting in the fall and it's official! Both daytime hatha classes and baby & me yoga classes will be up there (and they start up again Monday Sept 13 and Wed Sept 15)!

Registration is on now for all classes at Mt.Pleasant and The Roundhouse so get on it! classes are filling up!

Our old room was gorgeous, lets face it! Mt.Pleasant is brand new and doesn't have a shabby room in the place, but considering these classes are during the day, and there is the construction outside, it made sense to move upstairs and this room is every bit as gorgeous! And it's HUGE! And it is filled with natural light, and greenery out the windows, and get this...it even has an outdoor patio!

And the room is also...(shhhhh...very very quiet!)!

Looking forward to all of my fall classes starting up and to seeing you at yoga!

What's left of the old Mt.Pleasant Community Centre

Here are a couple of shots I took yesterday of the old Mt.Pleasant site (Victoria Day long weekend/16th @ Ontario st) I find it sort of funny that all thats left are some weights from the gym.

*If you have not yet checked out the new location it is a MUST SEE and is located at 1 Kingsway. (Main and Broadway) It will blow you away. It is one wild facility.

News News!! Registration is on for January for all three locations!

The new Mount Pleasant located at #1 Kingsway-(Main St @ Kingsway) has officially opened! Yay! Yippie! Yahoo-ey! Yabba dabba-dooey!

Registration is on for January for all classes and I predict that classes will fill quickly, as they generally do.

The Roundhouse will be closed for 6 weeks due to the Olympics so Tuesday nights Prenatal Yoga and Mixed levels Yoga classes will be held right next door at Lilli'Q Cafe and Playhouse Tuesday evenings. (same time's)

( Lilli'Q is located at 1268 Pacific Blvd-just in front of/next door to the Roundhouse)
